About Casetrackerlaw
"Pioneers in Innovative Web Based Technology for Today"

CasetrackerLaw started emerging in 1997 to solve a need. What was that need? That need was a method whereby the creditor had instant access to the status of his claims; such as payment history….People wanted to know when they were going to get paid.

At that time, we had one full time person updating claims and another full time person forwarding claims to attorneys. We could not find custom software on the market especially web based to accomplish these processes. So a couple of engineers were hired to create software that would give our clients the ability to submit claims electronically and manage them electronically. Our first system was built for Mr. Les Kirschbaum, President of ANI International.

Prior to ANI, Mr. Kirschbaum founded Mid-Continent Agencies, Inc. (MCA) and President/CEO for 25 years.

About 7 yrs ago we introduced our software at the CLLA convention in New York. Just 2 guys with notebooks and a table; we realized then all the different issues people were having in finding solutions for their work flow process. We wanted to let everyone know that they didn’t have to live with these problems. CasetrackerLaw would streamline the collection process for them and do most of the work. That was the 2nd step in the evolutionary process.

CasetrackerLaw was the vision of Mr. Steed. He has been reducing labor with technology for the past 30 years. Back in the 70’s he was one of the first to create indoor flea markets from old tobacco ware-houses. For many years Mr. Steed was partners in a private investigative firm which did white-collar investigations for local, federal and international governments. Mr. Steed grew up running major corporations and has an extensive background in management and manufacturing companies such as food processing, textiles and electronics. One of his favorite jobs was working for Mr. Wabanobe, the President of Mitsubishi, Semi-Conductor Division. He loves the Japanese philosophy of “making a little progress every day”. Today this carries over into the development of CasetrackerLaw . It improves a little every day.

Mr. Steed’s vision for the future of CasetrackerLaw is giving corporations and firms a new and innovative tool which would radically reduce labor and make them extremely more efficient, at an affordable rate.
