"I love using the Status123 interactive website for collection account placement - it allows me access at anytime (whether anyone is in the office or not), it automatically sends me a email that reassures me all the information has be submitted, it gives me easy access to the accounts that I have placed for collection to update the collector notes or read about recent activity - and then emails me any updates.

I sort all of the emails received in a separate folder as part of Outlook Express and can then search through that folder and find all updates regarding a particular account. If questions arise or if the customer calls me I am able at a glance to update them on current activity as well as update the account regarding the conversation I've had with the customer. Other collection agencies that I use also offer web access, however, the systems are not as user friendly as this one is and thus far, no one has offered or provided email updates on the accounts. I often wonder if anything is happening after the account is turned over.

It makes life much simpler by being able to attach back up documentation to the file for printing or emailing by the assigned collector. Saves paper - fax time - and effort and response time is wonderful!"
