software or hardware. CasetrackerLAW hosts all the applications
you need on its web server. By using CasetrackerLAW, you are freed
from installing any database servers, web servers or client applications.

Role Based Access
CasetrackerLAW allows you to define access rights based on roles
(administrators, collectors, creditors, etc.). Each user is assigned
their own username and password and can view their claims assigned
to them.
Unlimited Users and Claims
There is no limit on the number of Claims, Creditors, Forwarders
and Collectors added to the system.
Calculates Interest and Account Balances
CasetrackerLAW automatically calculates outstanding balances,
accrued interest, and how each payment is to be allocated between
principal, interests accrued and costs. CasetrackerLAW provides
a four level sliding scale to enter the collection rate for each
claim. When a payment is made, it automatically calculates the collection
fees and the amount to be remitted to the client.
Reminders
CasetrackerLAW can be set to send automatic email messages to all
the users, informing them about their claim reminders and tasks
assigned to them.
Reporting
CasetrackerLAW provides numerous reports to support the management
of your claims. These include: claims received reports, claims status
reports, money received reports, account receivable reports, promised
payment reports, and Trust Account Summaries.
Full Trust Accounting
CasetrackerLAW allows you to balance your trust account
to the penny. CasetrackerLAW maintains a three level trust accounting.
It gives you the ability to view transactions at a claim level,
creditor/forwarder level, as well as for all the claims in the system.
It handles debtor’s payments, collection fees, client’s
payments and suit fees effectively.
Claim History
Tracks and displays changes made to each claim throughout its life
cycle.
Unlimited Claim Notes
CasetrackerLAW provides the ability to add unlimited number
or claim notes. Collectors, administrator and credit managers are
allowed to add notes to a claim. The administrators have unrestricted
access to all the notes entered into the system.
Debtor Search
CasetrackerLAW provides you with an ability to search debtors
and claims in your system when only partial information is provided.
You can search by name, other name, address, phone number, claim
file number, client reference number, social security number or
the claim docket number. We also provide you with the ability to
do a conflict search.
Claim Forwarding
CasetrackerLAW allows you to forward claims to local attorneys who
have knowledge of all state and local collection laws. The system
also gives you the ability to bulk forward claims to attorneys.
Import Claims
CasetrackerLAW gives your creditors or forwarders the ability to
submit claims via excel or any EDI format.
Payment Plan
Create regular or irregular payment plans for each debtor.
CasetrackerLAW manages the plan and can automatically remind the
collector on the date of the promised payment.
Downloadable spreadsheets for self-backup
You can download, whenever you wish, a copy of all the claims and
contact information for self-backup on your system.
Invoices
Create an invoice for all direct payments to the creditor,
court costs, and also for claims which are handled on an hourly
basis. Send invoices to your clients via E-mail, or print the invoice
and send it via regular mail or by FAX. CasetrackerLAW will track
past due invoices and send overdue notices to all clients with unpaid
invoices.
